Humanities

In Turkish Studies, which is primarily devoted to training teachers of Turkish, work centres on the didactics of Turkish (Prof. Sargut Şölçün) and Turkish-German bilingualism (Prof. Emel Huber). The main research area of Prof. Zehra Ipşiroğlus is in theatre pedagogy; cooperation with Theater an der Ruhr (Mülheim an der Ruhr) is an ongoing project.
