Cooperative Ventures

CeNIDE can already boast numerous cooperative ventures with internationally active corporations. The integration into three collaborative research centres, the implementation of numerous projects funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG), the Federal Ministry of Education & Research (BMBF), the EU and other organizations, the involvement of a research training group, the patents that have been developed and the approximately 200 scientific publications in 2007 alone all go to demonstrate the high standard of performance at CeNIDE. Last but not least, we should not forget state-wide cooperative ventures in North Rhine-Westphalia such as the NanoEnergy cluster, which is also coordinated by the University of Duisburg-Essen.
