Outlook

The ZWU envisions rapid development from a hitherto mainly virtual research centre into a nationally and internationally visible water centre-of-excellence with its own research building and professional management structures for the coordination of future research and network activities. These include the research and transfer projects of the planned FutureWaterCampus and a specific research area for assessing water quality.

Since the beginning of 2020, water research has been a main research area for UDE.
