Collaboration and International Contacts

The ZBT is collaborating on a variety of R&D projects with chairs of the University of Duisburg-Essen, other associated institutes such as IUTA and GWI, partners from NRW such as the University of Münster, RWTH Aachen, Research Centre Jülich, Heinrich-Heine-University of Düsseldorf, and other German partner institutes such as the Research Institute for Precious Metals and Metals Chemistry (fem) in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Cutec in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, the Universities of Stuttgart and Munich, and Dechema and ZSW to name just a small selection.
The ZBT has signed a memorandum of understanding with NRC Institute for Fuel Cell Innovation in Canada and the Korean energy research institute KIER. A joint project is being undertaken with NRC IFCI, while a doctoral student from KIER is completing her PhD at ZBT.
