In 2008, research at the institute focusedon the evaluation of all-day schooling, health intervention in schools, and analysis of disparities in health and education according to social structure.
Prof. Roland Naul was invited as keynote speaker to conferences on “The five steps of the IOC to promote Olympic Education” at Ren Min University of China (Beijing) and “European Interventions in Combating Children’s Obesity” at the University of Macau (China). He also contributed to the “EU Guidelines for Physical Activity”.
