Academic Programme and Public Relations

In addition to its strong research focus, CME supports interdisciplinary programmes “closely related” to its research. An endeavour that has been highly successful so far is the intermeshing and further development of the international programmes in water resource management already established at the University. Special mention should be made here of the international programmes in “Water Science” and “Transnational Ecosystem-based Water Management” (TWM). The latter programme was fully accredited in 2006 and is listed in the “Best Practice” brochure explaining the workings of “The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System” published by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
